On 17 December 2019, the 22 students in Zhengzhou College of Finance and Economics’ (ZCFE) first UK study cohort celebrated the completion of their master’s studies at a Swansea University graduation ceremony.

 The students had been selected for ZCFE’s international study programme in May 2017. After achieving the required IELTS scores, they enrolled at Swansea University in September 2018 with financial support from ZCFE.

Completion of Postgraduate Study

Following a year of postgraduate study, all 22 students completed their programmes and were awarded master’s degrees. Swansea University Vice-Chancellor Professor Paul Boyle congratulated the graduates. Representatives of the School of Management also commended the students’ diligence and commitment to their studies.

Doctoral Study Opportunities

Two members of the cohort, Chen Huanhuan and Wang Yunfei, received offers for doctoral study at Swansea University.

ZCFE stated that it would continue to provide financial support for their doctoral studies, extending its support for their academic development.
